Depends on the weather. If it's hot, I'll take the treadmill. Any other weather and I prefer outdoors... so much to see and way more relaxing.

I use the treadmill. Sometimes it's just easier when I'm up in the wee hours. It's just a matter of convenience until the weather gets nicer. Then it's both!
