This is the story line fo the movie im searching for: A single career girl is not promoted because she is deemed irresponsible owing to her marital status. In a bid to prove she has a boyfriend, she arranges with a guy she met at a wedding to accompany her to a dinner arranged by her boss-the plan was to pick up a fight with her supposed boyfriend during the dinner and then break up. The Guy shows up but then falls in love with her and so is hesistant to pick up a fight.
