I screwed up my elbow carrying something like 2 years ago.
I should be doing nothing but resting it and the at home therapy exercises. It is impossible, even house choirs aggravate it, so I kinda gave up. then I built a room addition on the house like an idiot. I didn't get the help I was counting on. Now am paying the price. I know you shouldn't use your wrist and forearm too much, that is bad. I finished the work, and now I am typing a lot too much. I know I shouldn't but like to. I bought a wrist pad thing for the keyboard. that made my typing even slower. lol
because of the height or something. I feel like putting a sling on my arm and screwing all choirs!! I can't even get a carpenter job because it will never get better. all the specialist say I do not need surgery, I had an MRI for Elbow specialist to see. and then he finally says, okay maybe a little exercise will help. and I feel this like bump/muscle when my arm is tight against my chest. other arm is normal, no bump.

I think you mean chores not choirs.

Try a Chiropractor. I had this years ago from doing a repetitive job for two weeks.

I wore a elbow band. I think you can get one at Walmart or a good drug store. It is a band that cinches snugly around the arm muscle, just below the bend in the elbow.

With your arm against yourself, slip it on up to the bend and over the muscle. Cinch it tight by pulling away from your body. As it loosens during the day, twist the band away from you to keep the muscle in place.

You will learn quickly the most pain free position for the band.

I believe I had to wear mine about 6 months to get it mended.

I hope this description makes sense. Good Luck. Taking Ibuprofen for the inflammation, swelling and pain would probably be good. I would stay on it every 4 hours for as long as you need.

There is no quick solution to cure tennis elbow, but the following suggestions might help. 1) If you have access to a decent coach, have the coach check your mechanics to see if any of your FH, BH, etc motions exacerbates tennis elbow. 2) Change your strings. Some strings offer more durability while sacrificing comfort and vice versa. The more durable strings may leave you more susceptible to tennis elbow. You might have to go to a tennis shop for suggestions. 3) Change your racquet. Racquet weight and head weight in general will have an effect on tennis elbow. You might have to switch to a more head light racquet or lighter racquet in general. The stiffness of the racquet will also have an effect. 4) As suggested above, a tennis elbow support may help. It may limit your range of motions though. 5) Rest. Rest will help you recover from any tears in the ligament. You also have to consider forgoing tennis training for a period of time and allow your body to recover. You might have to consider pulling out of the tournament. 6) Stop/Reduce tennis training to strengthen your arms, especially the bicep and tricep areas. These areas usually have an effect on tennis elbow. 7) Go to a physician. Worst case scenario, you might have to get an MRI to check for significant ligament damage and undergo surgery. Otherwise, it is possible that the physician will suggest rest along with the use of ice and heat pads.
