several bus terminals in Metro Manila travels through Guagua, Pampanga:
Pasay City: Genesis Bus Lines plying the route Pasay-Balanga-Mariveles, Victory Liner route Pasay-Olongapo-Sta. Cruz, Aladdin (Pasay-Guagua)
Avenida Rizal, Manila: Genesis Bus Lines (Manila-Balanga-Marivelez), Panther (Manila-Balanga), Philippine Rabbit (Manila-Balanga)
Caloocan City: Victory Liner (Caloocan-Olongapo)
Also, you can take Saulog Transit plying the route Cavite City to Olongapo traversing EDSA to North Expressway.
As alternative, you can also take FX trips at Camachile (North Expressway Entry)

Go to Caloocan near the Monumento you can see the Victory Liner Terminal, ride the Victory Liner bus going to Guagua or Olongapo.
