It really Depends on Your Age,Health and If You can Have Dairy Products---If you are still young enough to go to school then a 6-8 oz. glass of fruit Juice---A Good cereal bowl of a Whole Grain Cereal With Fresh Fruit,Low fat milk and a Sugar Substitute NO tea(caffein)
If You are an Active adult The Same Menu Is a Healthy Way to start the Day---no coffee(Caffine) or Bacon & Sausage(Cholesterol) or Alcohol(Eats Up Your Esophagus & Stomach---Fills Liver With Fat)
If Your A Senior The Same Applies---Even More so---For Your Heart & Constitution---If You Can't Tolerate Milk any more There are Pop Tarts,Pancakes, Waffles ,Biscuits, Toast---You are What You eat---How true that is---Overweight and Diabetic---That's the Curse of the Day---Stay Healthy---Signed---JEM

drink a glass of plain water with real lemon squeezed into it. This is to clean your system. About half an hour later, eat porridge, this is to fill you up. Insted of using sugar or honey to sweeten it, use raisins or other dried fruit. Also have a cup of tea or coffee if you are a caffine fan. If you are really hungry eat a banana or have a slice of multigrain toast, these choices for breakfast are low in Glycemic index (G.I) and will mean you have less chance of having a sudden blood sugar drop later on in the day, and so help your body working properly.

Fresh lemon and orange juice mixed with water, which is supposed to kickstart your metabolism and make you feel sparkly clean inside.
Mind you, bacon and eggs always goes down well on any other day.
