Jewlrey is nice if it is understated, too much and the effect ( on me anyway ) is a turn off. Likewise makeup, if you need a trowel to put it on and a scraper to get it off, it is awful.
A small chain on the ankle is sexy, just enough to highlight the shape of the calf, Just don't overdo it and leave room for a mans imagination :-)

No idea at all what's that piece of chain around the ankles mean except as another piece of accessory / jewelry to draw attention. If you have long slim legs, do it!

For men of an ancient and older generation, like myself, a woman wore a bracelet on her ankle to signify she was on the game, or 'racy'. (or so I was told as a young man)
Nowadays women wear jewelery anywhere, and everywhere, and why shouldn't they?
Even us old un's appreciate a pretty woman, though we do have to ensure our pacemakers are working okay.

I have heard some guys say it makes women look a bit cheap but I wouldnt make that assumption without knowing the woman first.

years ago in the east end of london it was a sign to men that the lady was for hire. nowadays it is just cosmetic and no-one thinks that they are prostitutes. it is sexy though.
