REAL "Retin-A"(In An Effective Concentration And Formula) Is A "Perscription-Only" Product And It's Effectiveness Is Limited When It Comes To Treating Wrinkles. There Are Other Products Out There That Are Cheaper, Safer And More Effective. Try Some Of The Products Containing "Penta-Peptides" Like "Strivectin" (Used For Treating "Stretch Marks") Or "Oil Of Olay" Regenerist™ Avon ANEW™ Products Are Also Recognised By Many Professionals And Dermatologists As Being Very Effective At Reducing/Reversing The Signs Of Aging. You Can Also Try Some Of The "Ascorbyl (Vitamin - "C") Collagen Boosters" Or The "Soy" Based Skin Enhancers Which Fight Aging On Multiple Fronts (Sagging,Wrinkling And "Blotchiness") Hope This Helps- Good Luck!

Yes, it is a very effecitve product and also will prevent further wrinkles from developing. You must always use sunblock to protect your skin from further damage though. It is not expensive if you get it on prescription. You can also buy it on- line. I buy from the websites below, they are very reputable.
