Just got a new computer and updated all security including anti-virus and anti-spyware.

Select "use my current provider" Go down to bottom of page & select "save setings"
Should not return again. Although will come up for every new users until you save settings for each user.

that's the dumb default.
Go to the page you want, then do Tools, Internet Options and use the Use Current button (or type in the address you want).
