At a family dinner with your girlfriend, let the word out about your intentiones & they will be pleasantly surprised & happy for you both. With both of you present they shouldn't try to talk you out of it. Yes, 20 is a perfert age to get married. You both are mayure enough & not children. Have a great future . . .

Sure you can marry but it wont be a good idea. I would suggest you to delay marriage as long as possible.. atleast till you are 28. Try live-in till then. Marriage might put up pressures that you are not expecting.

yes in most states you are the legal age to marry.
I suggest that you just come out and tell them, nothing but honesty will work in this situation.
