The signs you are most compatible with are Rat Dragon & Pig and even the dog Next would be the Ox and Cat/Rabbit ( they are used interchangeably.) You do not do well with Tiger & Rooster 16 January 1972 - 2 February 1973 Rat 3 February 1973 - 22 January 1974 Ox 23 January 1974 - 10 February 1975 Tiger 11 February 1975 - 30 January 1976 Rabbit/Cat 31 January 1976 - 17 February 1977 Dragon 18 February 1977 - 6 February 1978 Snake 7 February 1978 - 27 January 1979 Horse 28 January 1979 - 15 February 1980 Sheep/Goat 16 February 1980 - 4 February 1981 Monkey 5 February 1981 - 24 January 1982 Rooster 25 January 1982 - 12 February 1983 Dog 13 February 1983 - 1 February 1984 Pig Cycle repeats every 12 years as such with variation in the beginning and end dates.. so if you are close to the beg or end of a year you need to look it up

The Monkey and the Rooster have such different sensibilities that a smooth relationship between these two would be almost an anomaly. First off, both Signs insist on being in control, but in quite different ways. The Rooster claims its dominion by nagging others into perfection. The Rooster sees the world in terms of details, all of which could stand some improvement. The Monkey, on the other hand, claims its position on top by being the loudest, taking the biggest risks and generally making itself very noticeable. The Rooster is likely to find the Monkey's excesses to be just that -- excessive -- and the Monkey is likely to find the Rooster to be not much fun. As lovers these two are a rather unlikely pair. They may connect in some social forum, as the Rooster likes to go out on the town and definitely responds to flattery; however, the honeymoon period for these two will probably be short-lived. Soon the Rooster will be nagging at the Monkey to stop partying so much, stop neglecting its health, stay in and get to bed early -- and pick up its socks while it's at it! The Monkey, a naturally curious and gregarious Sign, may start spending less and less time with the Rooster if the Rooster gives in to this kind of behavior. For the Rooster, nagging is hard to resist in general, but will be especially so with the Monkey, a Sign that the Rooster sees as vastly in need of improvement. As business partners these two shouldn't be surprised if epic power plays ensue. The most natural structure in the office would be for the Monkey to act as front person, satisfying that Sign's urge to be on top and utilizing its natural charm. The Rooster could rule more behind the scenes, putting its logical mind to use managing finances and keeping the Monkey from taking any truly unwise risks.

Monkey and Rooster
Rooster they are most compatible with Ox, Snake, and Dragon.
Monkey they are most compatible with the Dragon and Rat.
But these are just guesses, there is no real evidence to support these, love conquers all

Monkey eats Rooster. Chinese astrology is wrong and not good. Any kind of astrology is silly. Base you decisions on people on their character not fiction based on their birth date.
