If you were to create your own perfect society...?

1) What would you name it?
2) Name three central laws you would create to ensure a near-perfect society.
3) Who would play your society's anthem?
4) Who would be allowed to immigrate into your society, and who would you keep out?

2.a) Absolute no-no to corruption & conflicts of interest in politics, to ensure fairness. The government form would be comprised of a temporary-term senate, with numerous parties and proportional representation, with no absolute leader, major decisions would be given a national vote (law changes, etc).

b) Absolute no-no to violence in domestic policy AND foreign relations. (No firearms, capital punishment, wars, etc- police to be trained in aikido and have guns which fire tranquilizers).

c) Legalized cannabis

3. Some really hopeful but also peaceful song- Perhaps Enigma

4. Interllectuals only- you must have an IQ of at least 140 to be granted citizenship, plus no history of violent crime.
