Have you ever been tested for Carpal Tunnel syndrom.. it can make a wrist feel weak... there are other tendon issues that can do the same thing... if this is becoming problimatic.. seek professional advice.... I know I drop things when I overdo with my hands.. all part of my old CT acting up...

good luck

You have to build up the mussels in your wrist...... try using your left hand instead of the right when you can and try light weights or hand grips.....

one way is exercise to build up strength slowly, i broke my wrist years ago and have problems still occasionally, try getting a soft spongy ball, squeeze it gently for a few minutes every day, it does help

Use your left hand instead of your right when you're giving yourself the flick. Build up the muscles.
