They are different Hotels.
If you are from Singapore, the one you are looking for is Wonstar at 82 Zhonghua Rd-next to Ximenting.
This is the original One Star hotel which became Stars then Wonstar. http://www.wonstar.com.tw/

The one on Chungqing S Rd (Book Street) is related and new.
