i think this is more of you sharing information than asking a question. but that's a good one. i don't get thirsty when im on the computer for hours. but now i am, haha!

id drink a glass of water now. not too much though because too over hydration is also not good for you.

Keep a bottle or jug of water on your desk to give you a visual cue to drink. Or get up and go for a walk every hour (you need a screen break to rest your eyes anyway) and get a glass of water then.

Thank you! You actually reminded me to drink some of my water that was sitting right in front of me, in plain sight. I often forget to stay hydrated.

Everybody knows when he/she feels thirsty...My PC cannot get my attention that much...I usually feel thirst and I go and get something to drink...

new one for me, but, very interesting.. come to think of it i usually don't get thirsty at the PC.
But, then again i am afraid if did, as clumsy as i am, I'd spill it and there goes the PC!

eat chips the salt will make you thirsty farmers put out salt lick to make the cows stay hydrated
