Bacteria basically requires energy, water, nutrients in the form of carbon,nitrogen,hydrogen,phosphorous, sulphur(for sulphur bacteria),sunlight (optional)and oxygen for aerobic bacteria. then optimun temp , moisture and pH.

Most bacteria need water, a source of glucose, an appropriate temperature and a varying level of oxygen.
different species may have more of a demand for other things, such as amino acids which they cannot produce on their own, or some are obligate intracellular paracites etcetera, but if you just need the 4 universal requirements, see above. Most bacteria have absolutely no need for sunlight.
