is tht routers default IP /Factory default ip is 192.168.1.1 /192.168.0.1

but in general all routers managment ip is 192.168.1.1 - reconfirm the same with the webstar vendor /service provider ....

if is the same ip ....you've a reset option in every router which is a hard reset method ...

jus find the reset "hole/button" at the back of ur router ... "Apply/hold/press " tht button & power off ur router ....continue to "Apply/hold/press " tht button (dont leave it ) & power on the router again ,lets wait for the router to boot completely , then you may release "Apply/hold/press " reset button .....

If u do this your router will be reset to factory configuration . believe me 400% ,tht nothing will go wrong in ur router by doing this ...do it with confidence ,however if u have made some configuration tht wud be erased (hope its a broadband router) ....

then go to run >>>cmd>>>arp -a >>>arp -d>>>

apply ur
system ip as 192.168.1.2
subnet mask as 255.255.255.0
gateway as 192.168.1.1 or whtever ur supplier says as the default ip

..... try to ping 192.168.1.1 ...it shud ping . thts all it s gone working ,then u go to browser & start configuring it...

It will work .... if its not resolved ...buzz me again

Make sure you are connected to the router. Check your network connections in the control panel. If you are connected, make sure your firewall is letting traffic to and from your router through. If you are connecting to your router via wireless networking, use a cable instead, wireless might be locked. If you still get nothing, hit the reset button on your router. Barring that, contact the manufacturer.

According to the users manual you need to type http://192.168.0.1 to access the webwizard.

most routers have the login IP on the bottom of the router. sometimes its different than those you listed, but thats what they USUALLY are. (sometimes its 192.168.0.100 or something like that)
