What if the paper ran an obituary EXACTLY as though you had died. Would you think you had died? That you had gone insane? Would you call the paper? Would you attend your own funeral? WHAT WOULD YOU DO? Please, be honest, if you actually read your own obituary next Saturday morning.

If you attended the funeral, would you go disguised? Listen to the comments of the whisperers?

I wouldn't freak out, I'd be highly amused as it would probably only be one of my old army mates paying me back for ordering a 44 gallon drum of liquid pig pheremones for delivery to his place last month.

I would not freak out. Instead, I'd be more concerned about what people thought of me-my legacy. I'd probably be forced to re-appraise my priorities in life.

Remember Alfred Nobel. He was a millionaire industrialist who invented dynamite. His brother's death was mistakenly taken for his, and an obituary was printed. The comments about his life were so unsalutory that he decided to make a change. The result: The Nobel Prizes.

Nope, I would laugh hard, and I would go to the funeral, jump in the casket, and pop out and suprise everyone and be like 'Hey, I am back from Hell, Satan couldn't stand me' and then i would kiss my mom on the cheek and tell her to lighten up, then I would leave......
