If you want a traditional wedding go white. But you can have any color of dress you want. It's your wedding.

Colored wedding dresses in tradition were for second marriages and women going to the alter as non virgins. If I get married again I would like to have a light lavander dress.

I think it should be what ever the bride wants to wear.My first wedding dress was off white mermaid style, strapless and very beautiful. Second was not even a dress.

Sure. It's nice. I want to wear white though 'cause I'm a virgin so I want to walk down the aisle with a white dress and a veil.

I've always wanted just plain white, but recently, I've seen tinted colored dresses. Like a really light color added to the dress. So light, you have to kinda be right by it to see it. So I want a tinted purple (lilac) dress. :-D

It can be whatever color u choose, but I prefer the off whites, like cream, beige, champagne in very pale hues, just enough color that it isn`t stark white. I`ll leave that color to the virgins.

personally, i am a traditionalist so its a white gown for me down the aisle, but i mean a wedding is an expression of the relationship of two people--wear what you want!
