Hate is so negative (though I'd collect them if I found any). I do have a few Angry songs and some Disdain songs.
First, let me correct the lyrics for "You're Breaking My Heart" by Harry Nilsson. It starts out with "You're breakin' my heart, you're tearin' it apart, so f**k you...." Great song. Bought the CD just for that song. Unfortunately, for your needs, it ends up with, "You're breakin' my heart, you're tearin' it apart, but I love you."

But for your own attitude adjustment, I suggest a couple renditions of the Stone's "Sweet Virginia" on the "Exile on Main Street" album. Cuz some times you just have to scrape it off your shoes and move on....
These may be a little old for your taste, but I assure you, they're classic literature.
