Both blonde hair and blue eyes are a recessive trait. Brown eyes are dominate and can mask traits for blue and green eyes.

Because that is the majority... Fair skin, blond, will most likely have blue eyes. The darker the blonde the better chances of a diffrent eye color...

You know that's funny. Because I just met a guy who said he was 100% Italian but he has these bright blue eyes, so I asked if he was sure(yes I'm an @ss) because I thought all Italians had brown eyes

blond and blue or green eyes race is from VIKINGS descends. since they went all over places like zillion years ago, they married or raped or took slaves.from where ever their ventured. that's why we have blond hair with darker eyes. or darker hair with blue or green eyes.
