Get more sleep at night. Eat more healthy snacks like fruits and drink plenty of water. I remember my college days, I would sleep every other night. On the nights I slept, it was only for about five to six hours. Then after about two weeks of that, I would just almost pass out. Body would just simply shut down- no matter where I was the desire to sleep was overwhelming. During one of these spells I slepts for almost two full days on a weekend.

You need sleep. On a regular basis, every day, at the same time. Sitting still was a big no-no during those times. The lack of activity would just make me want to crash.

Don't know what your diet is like, so I can't say for sure if that's part of it. But I can guarantee you that if you got even one more hour of solid sleep per night, you wouldn't be near as tired as you are.

I wish they had Red-Bull back then. I always had enough caffeine to bring someone out of a coma.

Make sure you eat breakfast because that will give you a good energy boost throughout the day. You could also try going to bed a little earlier than 1, but I'd be a hypocrite for saying that.
