2. she has a clean soul and an honest eyesight
3. she is determined and independent
4. she is both intelligent and cult
5. she has an strong character
6. she is a woman since birth (no transgendered, please!), &
7. she fills a 34C cup, as man cannot live by bread alone (optional) ;)

You have to believe you're the most beautiful woman in the world and you will be. It's all about perception. Many people find different things beautiful. The most beautiful woman in the world to you could be just an average woman to someone else.

Looks are in the eye of the beholder so my answer is an opinion. I dont think there is a such thing as "perfect" but give me a 5'6 woman who weighs 150 and has wonderful curves and a matching dress outfit with a beautiful face, smile, hair and a sweet personality to match, shes a winner! :) :) :)

Well I would say alot of money for plastic surgery but then you would end up looking like Michael Jackson....GROSS!!!

No really....Confidence...passion....generosity...ect..
Some may say Angelina Jolie is ugly b/c of her lips...I say she is an angel...Not b/c of her looks but b/c of all the needy people she helps in this world...If everyone that had the money she does contributed to the starving, sick and needy people in this world then we wouldn't have children dying every minute of every day due to poverty...

any female trying to become the most beautiful women in the world is eiher stupid or sick...besides, beaty varies from 1 person to another,not all people sees beauty in the same way,what's beautiful to me might not be good enough to you.
