I would like to get into a decent program involving Paleontology. So, if anyone can help me out, I'll really appreciate it. Thanks!

Check out Boston College - used to have a decent Geology program. You will have to major in Geology at the bachelor's level and then concentrate on Paleontology in graduate school. Virtually all professional paleontologists I know (and I know a bunch) have at least a master's degree if not a PHD.

You do not major in Paleontology, you major in Geology (and minor in Biology, I would think). When doing your Masters Degree you would take all the advanced Paleo classes you could take. I don't know where the schools are that would be good, but there are many fine institutions in the Northeast (e.g. MIT) where you could go.

If you want to major in paleo and be a real player, GO to the best schools - out west. I majored in geology in MA and if I had to do over I would definately go out west. The field work makes all the difference. There is only so much you can learn from a book. Gotta get in the field.
