''Full Of Beans'' is an episode in "Timothy Goes To School", where Frank and Frank love playing jokes. On the bus they make funny noises and jokes. At school, Frank and Frank don`t make them laugh but they scare them and mostly ruin their paintings. First they play a trick on Claude. They get a sticker planet from Fritz`s book of planets. They stick it on the back of his head and everyone in the class laugh. Next, they foul Doris by making fake caterpillars and putting them in her hair. Doris is very full of anger and is very, very shocked. Next, they trick Yoko who is trying to do origami with Timothy. Frank and Frank do a fake sneeze and the paper flowers blow away. Next, they help Grace. They swap colours and Grace gets green on her picture of her. They fill up a paper bag, punch it and a frightned Lilly drops the paint. At lunchtime they play even more jokes until Frank puts squeeze cheeze from Doris onto Frank`s chair. Everybody laughs and Frank is very angry. Next, Frank is at the water fountain and Frank offers to help. He plays a trick by turning it up more and splashing his face. Frank is very angry. When Mrs Jenkins plays the piano and everybody dances Frank and Frank refuse and ask everyone they played a trick on but they refuse too. They tell Mrs Jenkins and say sorry to everyone. Soon Frank and Frank no more play tricks.
So, "full of beans" is the lack of serious thought or purposeful conversation

It is what some one says when they don't want to swear and say that some one is full of shi*. It means that they are not giving accurate information. The things that they say are bogus, and not worth listening to. I hope that helps.
