I want to find a company that will add the perforations which make stamps look like stamps.

There are places which will make little slits, and there are roller/cutter wheels which do that too, but I want the little round holes that stamps have.

Scissors aren't really an option for bulk quantities.

I would like to find a company that will perforate my printed pages, or a place that will supply the page to my specification, and then I can get it printed after.

http://www.theolatheposte.com/perfing/
in Colorado, USA does it.

Jim Stephen in California used to do it too, but there's no information about the service on his website now.

There are other places that sell pre-perforated paper. The key word for web searches is "Artistamp"
