You can't make him "talk" to you. If he won't talk to you it isn't because he is lying to you. It is because you are pressuring him to answer a question that he doesn't feel comfortable answering. The more you push the issue the less likely he will be to open up. Sure we would all like to know what our signifigant other is thinking about our future together. Maybe you should see if there is another way he could answer the question...Maybe he could write it down, but until he is ready to talk about it there are only two things you can do.
1. Keep pushing him to answer until he gets mad enough to leave
2. Just take him for who he is and wait for him to open up.

Ican teel you this,give him some time dont rush him.A man wants time to open up,its hard for a man to share his feelings.

it's very difficult to get men to open up really.... they r funny that way but they do have lots of emotions and needs going on inside them nevertheless.
try to talk to him when he is easy....not worked up or anything.
ask him out for a drink or two and casually open up.... ask him how he feels about you both..get his opinion and what is it he wants in this relationship.
noone deserves to be played a game with ...it's either he loves you or not.....
ask him to be honest ...no games.
