Get it appraised to see how much it is worth. But if it is the gold dollar with Sacajuia on the back (indian lady) then it isnt worth much yet.

I know of no real gold dollar dated 2000, it is gold color. There are 3 varieties of that date that are rare, one is slabbed as a Goodacre Presentation finish, mintage 5,000, two, a boldly detailed tail feathers mintage 5,500 and last but not least the dollar that has the state quarter on the obverse and the regular Sacagawea reverse. The last one here is extremely rare. A dealer would have to see the last two here and have them authenticated by a major service.

Have it appraised to see if it real and if you want to sell it or have it mounted in a frame.
