I'm from the west coast and Pac-10 oriented, but I think UCLA will have a good shot. They have no seniors this year and will return the entire team except for Aaron Afflalo. The Bruins also have a top recruit in Kevin Love, who has the potential to make an impact as a freshman.

It's so hard to say. I'm a Pac-10er too. Last year University of Washington was good. They had Brandon Roy, a big man that threw away the game against Connecticut, and a dude named Brockman.

Huskies have second rated high school recruit behind Oden - his name is Spencer Hawes. He didn't do anything to prove that he can play in the NBA, but he's a pretty slick 6'11" or 7 footer, only 19. If he decides to declare, he'll get picked up, but if he and Brockman (beefy 7 feet, slow but powerful - he'll find his way to the NBA) stick around they could really dominate. The team has a great base, but so does UCLA, Ohio, and all the others. I agree UCLA could be good, but it's unpredictable because anybody can jump pro at any time. I'll ask a follow-up question to this - something like, "Does anyone have pride anymore? Is love of the game important enough to risk an injury in college?"

I know I am biased as a Duke fan .....but, I think they have a good chance to go very far, if not all the way next year. Even with the loss of Josh McRoberts {tear} We still have Gerald Henderson (I hope), Greg Paulus, DeMarcus Nelson and a stellar recruiting class. Taylor King - a 6"7" F from California who originally committed to UCLA, Kyle Singler - a 6"8" F from Oregon, was recruited by UNC, Kansas and Arizona and Nolan Smith - 6'4" G from Maryland whose dad played in the NBA. If we get our coaching and consistency together, we should have a GREAT year!!!
