I suggest you to run around your block, too. It's one of the best ways to loose fat.

Hi.
Anyone that says to you to that if you do this exercise you will loose fat there and that exercise to loose fat some other place do not know what they are talking about. You do not do crunches for example to loose fat around your midsection. The body does not metabolize fat only in certain locations when you train certain muscles.
I would recommend doing squats. They are a very good excercise with many benefits, including raising your metabolism which is what you want too loose weight. By squating you train your legs, lower back and midsection. Just make sure you get the form right otherwise you might injure yourself. You can do squats at home put you will get better results if you go to a gym.

you can't spot reduce fat, it comes off everywhere at once.
