Sun is in the stationary position
Our Earth is rotating it self 360 degrees in a day and move arround the Sun approximately 1 degree
for example in the morning my door is facing East and when our earth rotates itself to 180 degrees is it my door step will face west? If it is correct what about Vasthu sasthra?Iam little bit confused pshycologically with this question arising from me.
we find the poles depends on the Sun direction. We are Travelling daily 1000 of kilometers with out knowing us will not change our door directions?

Directions are dimensions based on your position with respect to the rotastion to the earth. You look at the direction towards the rotation, you face east; you look at the opposite direction you face west. Norht and south are rewlative to these two directions. Vaastushashtra is based on he inlfuence of cosmic froces on our positions. Thesew directions are the best ways to convey our positions. Your position with respect to earth; earth's position with respect to the Sun; Sun's position with respect to 'Akashganga' (Milky Way) and so on.

All the best....

There is no east or west or any other direction in the space. As Einstein says, every thing is relative. You are saying that the sun is stationary and the earth is moving round it. But, the direction like east and west etc are based on our impression from the earth. For us, who are bound with the earth, it is only the Sun which is moving from east to west. That is the impression we get, although actually as you said it is the Earth which is moving round the Sun. The impression that we get when the sun rises in the east is because the rotating earth, as it starts facing the sun from the nether side, starts facing the Sun in its full view. As it moves away from the sun, the latter appears to be setting.

First of all it is not that the sun is stationary. It has its own velocity of motion.

Next, Directions are kept with respect to dawn (morning) just to analyse and understand the nature, Which helps to draw some imaginary lines such as equator.

Based on the Dawn only all Hindu sastras work and Vastu too.

In place of looking the vastu shastra aspect I suggest a life philosophy from your saying that the rising sun reflect the starting of the day with allhope unseen and the setting closing of the day starting of the darkness loss of hope
