Our house wasn't insalated, so it got moldy and stuff, so we decided to move. And before that, we tried our best to clean as much as we could. Then the landlord came and said it was our fault the house was moldy. So we didn't get our deposit back. Then he rented the house to this couple and bought them insalation and new windows and a paint job on the house FOR FREE! Gosh, I hate him...

I actully have an awsome landlord. I never see or hear from them unless the 5 year city inspection is due, or if I have to call them for something.

During a very rainy month I called to tell him the basement was flooding. He asked me to stay up all night and sweep the water down the drain. Then if it didn't stop raining could I keep sweeping until he had time to get me a sump pump.

While they were showing my apt, starting to. I got hit with the flu bad and it lasted a month. On top of being in school for engineering...i literally did work and slept. Papers piled up. THen they jsut randmoally knocked on my door and started showing people.....then the land lord calls me a few hours later and tells me i have to clean up my room.

It wasn't dirt, like dishes.....just left over beer bottles stacked and papers. I always have to consult my previous years homework assignemnts / text, to do my current ones.

Then one day when i'm not sick, he shows my apt, but i was past out drunk, buck naked on my bed...bedroom door wide open...sheets fell off. My cough lingers on after i'm better since i'm a smoker, so i took some cough syrup.....i heard voices and was like what the hell...then decided it was my cough syrup.....Nope. The sliding door that has been shut for 4 months and locked to keep in the heat was cracked open.
No calls, nothing, just let themselves in.

First i ahd to move out 2 weeks before my finals....so i had to clean up..move stuff out..and find a place to stay for 2 weeks.

Classes didn't start until 3 weeks after finals and the room's lease started 1 week after finals....Regardless, the room woudl've been empty for 4 weeks. (*finals = 1 week)

Got charged for them having to clean my room while me and 2 others cleaned the whole place over teh course of 9 hours.

THey charged me for having to get my carpet dioderized when i just got someone to shampoo it and showed them teh $100 recepit.
They charged me for having to replace an entire counter top due to a little hole in it......the apartment i moved into thats ran by them had the same type of counter with a hole in it. Even worse than mine...they obviously didn't replace the entire counter.

The grease pans in the stove showed signs of grease, although clean.....so they removed them and charged me for new ones.

The list goes on about bs stuff ...like i forgot to take a peace of tape off of my fridge...they said it left a residue they had to clean.....again my new apt...there is tape on teh fridge.

Hell the tape was on the fridge before i moved in and didn't notice such a tiny detail to write it on the checklist.

Have you got ten hours...so I can explain............actually it's a board of directors in a condo and they should all be locked up to spare the world of themselves. Our place is called Miranda Court.........and I call it Miranda Cukoo Court.....could be on reality TV. One of the guys in the building goes down in just his underwear to pick up the mail. I could tell u stories about our building and board of directors that would make u laugh so hard tears would be rolling down ur face.
