Yes but I call it jerk.My arms will jerk this way and my legs will jerk that way.I hate it.

i wouldn't know, i'm usually deep in sleep, i have no idea what i get up to during the time i close my eyes to the time i open them....maybe i don't wanna know hehe. ; )
