I am trying to call a telephone no in Moscow, but its always coming as engaged. I am calling from Hyd, India.?

Here is what i am trying: 007(Russia Country Code) 095(Moscow code) and (1234567 tel no).

buts its always engaged. Is there any thing wrong with what i am dialing?

Remove "00", unless it's an access to International calls in India (access code for Russia is just 7), try using 495 instead of 095, because this is a new code for Moscow, although an old one should still work for a while.

When I call Turkey from USA , Sometimes it will not go through or line is busy , or says that it i snot a working number, most cases , lines are full , and something happen a line down, and also someone could be using the phone and instead of busy signal you get this message , hop that helps out . Just keep trying
