You do not give your State,or area. I pay $15 per hour in CA.
But it does vary from State to State, and person to person.
Also depends how good the cleaning person cleans. You need references.

Come up with an hourly rate. And a minimum charge. It should be high enough to cover all your expenses and make a reasonable profit. If you are supplying the cleaning supplies and equipment, charge more to cover the costs. If the customers are providing the supplies you can charge less. If the houses are spread out all over town, you need to charge a higher rate to cover gas and vehicle maintenance. In Michigan I would expect to pay at least $10, hour with me providing the supplies to have some one clean my house.

So I can give a fair assessment, come clean my house first and then I'll let you know how much you should charge others.

Last person I had was $20 an hour, but that was for a one time thing. I think most people pay about $40 for 4 hours work.

on average, about $45 per room. this would include dusting, vacuuming, floor cleaning, and possibly furniture cleaning. if deeper cleaning is needed, an extra $10 per treatment.

You need to make a list for yourself. Prices should vary according to square footage, job requirements, and how often you clean.
