yes......i use this thing from avon called eye lift, then some moisturizer on my face, & it comes out clean lookn....but just let it air dry b4 u put on the liquid & then let that sit for a lil then put on the powder.....hope this helps

use as little make up as possible bcoz makeup will spoil the skin texture
just use some moisturiser as soon as u have bath and suncreen before 30 mins before u go out use mascara & lip gloss this should serve the purpose

yes.
make sure you give the moisturizer time to soak in.
but definitely powder after liquid, it will set it and keep it from smudging.
