I received this response from my ad on Craigslist. Does it sound like a scammer's response "Hello seller..
i saw your item placed on advert on craigslist....And i am highly intrested in it ...So i wiil like to know the total price of the item plus shipping charges to Yuma,AZ....And i will like to pay you through paypal...So get back to me with your paypal email,amount and full name so i can make
payment as soon as possible...

Depends on what Paypal information he needs. Your Paypal email ID is just that - an ID. If you're not providing any other information then you should be safe. However, unless you've not specified Paypal you can ask for payment in any form you choose. A cashier's check is the safest, just hold the item until the check is cleared.

the email is fine along with the amount, best bet is to talk 2 him over the phone or something 2 make u both feel at ease, if u need further information on email/paypal scams http://scamsbeware.com is a good resource center to help u stay informed, best wishes

never give info to strangers ask for money order or certified check.pay pal may not be legal tender...
