Are any of those programs "Real"? Or are they all scams.. please only answer yes if you have used one first hand.. Can people really see that I'm looking at their profile?

Honestly, there is no "yes" or "no" to this.
No, they cannot see you looking at the profile..but...
Yes, they do know that you saw or are seeing it because
it adds to there "profile views"..
