Yes you will lose weight. It is the easiest diet I've ever found to stay on and lose weight because you never have to go hungry and you don't have to count calories.

I went on the atkins diet, tried it for two weeks and lost half a stone. I started eating properly and gained the weight in seconds!
I did try it again and it made me feel really ill.
I actually know someone who had a heart attack because of being on the atkins so i dont advise it at all.
Best way to loose weight is to excersise and eat healthy but also have what u want to eat - in moderation of course!
I lost a stone in 6 weeeks by going to the gym 3 times a week and eating healthy and since lost another 2 stone so i wouldnt recommend atkins at all.

You'll faint on day 3. Get ready for the withdrawals, they're a blast (not).
Thats why I could never do this diet. I could never get past day 3. Let me know if you get the shakes or tremors. Its a real party, especially if you're at work.
