But if you want to be a little creative try nipple piercing but only one nipple tho.

It depends on the man, who he is trying to look sexy for, and how his belly looks.
Ideally, a belly ring is put on a toned stomach (flabby stomachs are not bad, but you definately don't want to show off something you don't have), and he puts it in to look sexy for himself. Women like confident men. If he's married or has a lover, and wants to look sexy for them, then the lover must either accept his style choice or be into that kind of look.
On the right guy, I think a bellybutton piercing is hot.

well, it depends on da gurl. some gurls prolly get to weirded out by it, but some find it interestin. idk, b4 guys would neva peirce they tounge, but now i c so many guys w peirced tongues. i guess it would be more acceptable dependin on yo style too. stuff like that might be ok for a goth/punk....not sure of da difference, but them types of ppl big on "different" peircings. but i kno for da ghetto guys, we usually dnt find it "cool" n "sexy" i wouldnt neva do it, cuz it dnt sound right to me. but thats just me. plus, i got too much belly, a peircin there just wouldnt look right. well, styles do change ova time. who knows, if u dat kinda guy who a lotta ppl admire yo style, it might start a new fashion trend. try askin some of yo friends about it. it dnt hurt to ask. unless yo friends "extremely right wing" i would just ask. well, u asked me...n honestly all i can say is, if its you, yo thang, wha chu like, go 4 it! w style, u gotta plz yoself...n if u into it, maybe some gurls would find it "sexy"...trust me, theres def a gurl out there who would like it...trust me!
