I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks and the doctor told me to wait two months before trying again. Sorry for your loss.

in case you've had a d&c, the medical doctors will usually advise you to position of sex and swimming for a minimum of 6 weeks to avert an infection, and wait a minimum of two cycles earlier attempting to conceive back, so in entire about 3 months minimum. that is not only because the prospect of miscarrying back is apparently more suitable if being pregnant takes position too quickly after a miscarriage, yet because the body, and the concepts, desires to heal.. Miscarriage is a stress on the body bodily and emotionally.

You can ask your Dr. or...
I would recommend that you take prenatal vits first for 3 months to raise your folic acid levels, be sure you are healthy (no drinking/drugs/tpbacco) and any health problems you have are under control and feel ready mentally to try again - then go for it. That early inpregnancy, it doesn't have a major impact on your body.
Good luck

Techinically, you can try straight away but, its best to wait at least 3mths so that the uterine lining can repair itself. Remember, it was protecting a baby for those precious 9wks....and then with the d&c - it was completely scraped away. I have had 3 m/carriages - one with twins at 12wks. Ive been through the d&c trauma....massive infection etc.
So, if you can hold out, wait about 3mths.

You should ask your doctor. I was told 3 months. This would allow for time for me to heal physically and emotionally.
Also, sorry for your loss. Miscarriages are difficult to deal with.
