well she says she likes this guy.hes shy and stuff..they both like each other..but he hasnt asked her out yet..what should she do or say?? she likes him a lot

maybe she should talk to him a bit more. Does she know that you know he likes her back? her best bet right now is probably asking him out herself. but it's up to her.

How about if you guys go out all three together? It will be great if you took another person for you & that you could leave them buy there self. Make plans to go out together & your friend she is not a little girl anymore to be shy. I also get shy when I am attractive to a girl. It is just normal to be shy. Maybe your friend she is shy because, she might get rejected buy the guy she likes. Well like I said make plans & I wish her good luck to her.

It sounds like he is afraid of girls.Have her say just hi and what is your name.Start talking by simple things like what is he taking in school,the weather,sports or most anything.Don't rush him to hard just take it easy.If he is shy he will most likely be afraid of her.Especially if this is his first time.Like I said start with just Hi how are you?Talk about small things and also if she can find out what he likes to do (but no sex talk).I hope this works out for both of them.Finding a person that is shy is hard today with all the people.Being shy is nothing to be ashamed of.Take it easy and don't rush either of them.
