Lets say you live in America, and the job is in Egypt.

Of course, it depends on the country - obviously a country that speaks English is going to be an easy adjustment - next would be countries that speak it as a second language like the Netherlands and quasi places like Germany.

Then you have to ask yourself how adventureous you are. If you're going to hide in your apt eating kraft mac & cheese and complaing you can't get ESPN, going elsewhere is not for you but then again, there's nothing like being forced to change, right? Would you like that?

Then the other big question is career wise - are you with a company that respect international experience or will they forget about you while you are overseas - so you will off whatever career path you prefer or like? Or will tis be something you can use elsewhere no matter what (you're just starting on your career?)

Lastly, it is a hassle if you have houses and stock/bonds, etc ... there are specific tax rules (though no income tax as long as you are away for 48 or 50 weeks(?) can't remember now. So, if you own, can you rent out your house or sell it - park your moeny until you get back, etc, etc ... yea there's the adventure of it but sometimes it's the mundane that holds us back - good luck!

Personally, no, but that's because I'm close to my family. But it depends on the person and the location. I would make very, very sure that the job was legit. Based on your name, you're not female, but there is a huge slave trade in women who are lured to other countries with fake promises of employement and then their passports are taken and they end up as sex slaves. But if it's legit and you're young and free, and it's not dangerous, then sure, why not?

Yes, definitely. That would be a working holiday and a pretty cool way to see and understand different parts of our earth. Plus the benefit of saving up for later.
Also, you would be able to better appreciate other people and their culture.
