Is the piercing healed? If so, it shouldn't be all that hard to remove your nose screw. If it isn't healed yet and you take it out, you risk losing the hole.

Anyway, use your index finger to lift up the tip of the nose screw -- the part that is visible. There is probably one angle that is easier than others. I find it easiest to push the tip of the nose screw toward the tip of my nose. The trick is to push the piercing out sideways, rather than pulling it straight out. Once you push it out part of the way, you can grasp the tip of the nose screw and gently twist it out.

The first time you take it out it may be a little painful and awkward, but once you figure out how it goes in, you'll figure out how to take it back out.

Good luck on the interview!
