No. I'd realise it was some sort of confusion between what I thought I saw and what was actually there. I do suppose, however, I'd be vastly more likely to "see" a "ghost" if I believed in such things. It's a lot easier to convince ourselves we see something that isn't there when we already accept its existence.
I do think that if I were to see something "ghost-like" that persisted long enough, could interact with me, and be confirmed by the experiences of others who were as sceptical as me I'd be far less scared than fascinated and interested in learning what it actually was.
I have no reason, however, to believe such a thing exists other than for people wanting it to.

I have seen plenty of ghosts before.Most of them don't scare me.There have been a few exceptions though...

Yes, people are scared of the unknown. I think I would be stupid and ask it questions.
