It is normal to have 2 or 3 people in an interview panel and you don't need to be nervous about it. The more nervous you are, the more tense you will get and you will not be able to answer to their questions properly. Just relax and keep smiling during the interview, concentrating your attention and listening well....... If you fail to get the job, it is still a good practice for next one coming up. Good luck.

Two managers means you'll probably see how the team operates right in front of you. If you're lucky they'll poke fun at each other and make you feel better about the interview.

Breath deeply and slowly if you feel your stomach do weird things, sit up straight and lean back, be sure to relax your legs and insides. Let them finish their entire sentence before speaking.

Do a little research on Ashtanga breathing, it's good to do on the way to the interview. And if you really get tense, temple your hands during the interview. Meaning, lean back in your chair slightly, and bring your hands up in front of your chest and touch your finger tips together. It creates the impression that you are gathering your thoughts and in the moment, very positive body language, and it will actually help calm you down.

Good luck!

The best advice I can give is this: If you are nervous about actually getting or being qualified for the job they are going to pick up on it. If you are an excited nervous, than that is cool. I would think the fact that you have to interview with two poeple at once in a positive way! You are killing 2 birds with one stone!! One way to calm yourself is to close your eyes and envision yourself already working in the position after this interview, it will build your confidence. Good luck!

My advice to you is to stay calm and just be yourself. If you get nervous it will only increase your chances of making a mistake. Just pretend that you know the managers like they are your friend or coleague, but keep in mind to still keep a professional attitude. They are still just people after all. If you really want a job, u have to be yourself because the personality and professionalism they see are what they are going to hire you by. If they think your personality and character are fit for the job then that will give u some brownie points and you don't want a job based on an attitude that isn't really you. Just be calm and remember that they are just people, not police...lol....Go in with confidence, and you will be fine

Since you can manage well if only one manager then always look at the manger who is posting the question. Never look at the second Manager while answering question raised by the first. In that case you will not be nervous when facing two managers. Good Luck to you.

Do dress professionally, too include tie and coat/jacket.

NEVER answer a question right away! Repeat it to yourself, then look straight into the eye, begin with SIR - -and your answer.

If you do not know the answer, the procedure is still the same - SIR, I do not know the answer. NEVER MAKE AN EXCUSE! NEVER LIE! NEVER TALK NEGATIVELY ABOUT ANYONE OR PREVIOUS JOBS!

Answer the question, offer no more than the direct answer to the question!

Pay attention to your grammar, speech and manners.

Sit up straight, do not cross your legs and have your complete resume with you!

Just relax. They are not goint to eat you. Think positive. Do not be afraid of the uncertain. Just say a prayer to Father God in the name of Jesus, for you to get the job, before you get to the place. Think that everything is going to come out perfect. They are two human being just like you. There is nothing to be afraid. Be bless.
