it varies from state to state. but really your best bet is to just read the driving book...do the little practice test in the back of the book, and you'll be set. the majority of the actual test questions are common sense. good luck!

I have one piece of advice. Thoroughly read your state's driver manual, especially the chapter or portion on alcohol... you may not think you need to read about "drunk driving" since you think you'll never do it, but you still need to know the levels of punishment. It would suck to fail your test if you thought you spend 48 hours on your first offense when it's actually 24.

It varies by state. Just read the driver's instruction booklet. In NC, there are 25 multiple choice questions, you are allowed to miss up to 5.

if the practice test confused you, need to restudy the book as often as possible and certainly before getting behind the wheel

i think you have to answer 75 questions, but theres 100 to choose from and you can skip the ones you dont know.
