Use a dent puller to pop the ignition cylinder, insert screwdriver and turn...then you will be able to take the column apart, remove the ignition cylinder and get a new one on the cheap. Dent puller maybe a little odd, but the only other way of getting the ignition out without breaking it would be to call a locksmith who will probably cut a new key.
The key has to be in the ON position to get the cylinder out using a torx head screwdriver. You do not have to remove the steering wheel, just the column cover.
They are only like $12 at my local parts store.

There are easier ways to do it...but complete destroy the plastic around the column.

Remove the steering wheel, remove the screws for the directional swith and set aside.Remove the cylinder and replace with new.If not sure as how to do, get a manual for step by step instructions at any Auto Parts Store.Otherwise do as the girl said and hire a locksmith. You may be able to hot wire the vehicle, but you still have to deal with the locking steering and Trans shifter.

My buddy has an older f150 and his ignitions tousled, so if he would not turn the ignition each and all the some time past then it rather is going to start up without keys, yet you may ought to pass to a locksmith, yet i could attempt calling a ford dealership first. solid success!
