2) A billion dollars

if it was an i dream of genie i get immortality (unless i latter reconsider, stipulations and genies are a bad idea), money/ power and keep the last to keep the genie. the astronaut always got wishes though maybe he wished for more wishes. Maybe get some magic powers for myself but you again must becareful not to get genie powers and wind up a slave in a bottle, get wizard powers.
better yet first get knowledge about these magical things with 1st wish and then can make a decision on how to wish for the maximum safe powers to get as close to divine as you can and the knowledge to go further, then the third can be kept as your back up genie wish should you need it in your shot at the throne.
