A new show called American Dream with Donny Osmond as the host was on tonight. How do these people know about all these different shows to get on. I never hear about them until they are on. Are they advertised somewhere that people find out?

check out TV stations webpages. usually they will have their "new show casting calls" advertised there.

Sometimes they'll advertise in magazines or they used to do newspaper want ads. VH1 always has an ad in Entertainment Weekly for their World Series of Pop Culture announcing when they are having their tryouts.

Go to CBS.com and NBC.com and the other channels....they should give all the info.
