t'shirt problem! "collar"???

my t shirt neck collar is lose is there a way to make it tight?

You can hem pieces of the collar together, although it will be very noticeable. I'm not sure if there is a way to make it tighter aside from layering your clothes under it to make it fir more, but in this current weather not where I live, layering is not the smartest thing to do
